Product Description:

The history of Ireland is sad, valiant, and courageous. Her people have been brave, and unconquerable. The history of Ireland extends back to prehistoric times and is accented by invasions, starvation, defeats and persecution.

For twelve centuries the Irish have fought to win their liberty until finally, in 1937 they won their independence from Great Britian. Ancient writings tell us how the three sons of Mileadh came to Ireland from Spain around 350 BC. The brothers, with their armies met and conquered the resident people in Ireland called the Tuatha De Danann. These people were tribes of scholars and warriors whose bronze arms were no match for the newer Spanish iron. The sons of Mileadh were a Celtic race and are sometimes called the Milesians.

The Tuatha De Danann were superior to the other resident tribes of Ireland, and were wise in the ways of speech, arts, manners, and the art of war. The chiefs of the De Danann were advised by the Druids whom they brought with them to Ireland. The Druids were thought to have magical powers, and insight into the next life, after death. Early Roman writings also records Druid activity, including those of Julius Caesar.

Soon, the powerful Celts from Gaul, or what is now France, conquered the island, and ruled for about fifteen centuries. They called themselves the Gaels, while the Romans knew them as Scots, or "raiders." These Scots named Ireland Eriu, (Erin) and the Romans called Ireland Hibernia. These Celts divided Ireland into petty kingdoms, each of which were ruled by a high chief, or king. They were a somwhat advanced society for the time, even having an advanced law called the Brehon Codes which protected the poor from the rich.

Available Styles and Colors:

For our Mens Tee Shirts, we only use Gildan "Active Wear" Heavyweight Ultra Blend Shirts for maximum durability and comfort. Glidan Ultra Blend features 5.6 oz of 50% cotton and 50% polyester that is preshrunk (this insures your tee shirt will not shrink during washing). The seamless double-needle collar and quarter turned body (to eliminate center crease) has taped neck and shoulders. The sleeves and bottom hems are both double-needled for active wear.

We custom design and produce all of our clothing products with an industrial press and 400 hot peel technology! This results in superior manufacturing that will outlast even store bought products.

Our Tee shirts are available in sizes ranging from small to 5X. Please view the sizing chart for exact measurements for this product. Portrait designs measure between 6 to 8 inches across the product. Landscape designs (i.e. flags) measure 9 to 11 inches across the product. Our alternative smaller designs are centered under the left collar and measure between 4 to 5 inches across. We may proportional reduce the design on small and medium sizes.

These tee shirts come in 6 colors; White, Ash Grey, Sand Stone, Black, Irish Green and Scottish Blue. Here is a sample of the comfort colors we offer:
